Development
During the development process, our team will do iterations of approximately two weeks each. When starting these iterations, we will evaluate together which tasks are most important or urgent to be developed as soon as possible. In this phase, the functionalities or changes to be worked on in the next iteration are also evaluated. At the end of each iteration, we make a demo showing the achievements obtained and, if necessary, we also schedule additional meetings between each iteration for a better definition of the functionalities to be worked.
